 The Management Team

Pat Patterson (right) leads the reliable team at Austin Spencer as General Manager and has helped customers consistently for 5 years. He resides in Victor and is a Graduate of Michigan State University. In his spare time he enjoys golf, tennis and paddle ball.

Charles Jones (left) leads the auto repair services as Service Manager with over 23 years experience. He is a Master Certified Technician and resides in Canandaigua. Charles also works as a substitute school bus driver for Marcus Whitman and is a Scout Master for Troop 43 in Rushville.

Parts Manager

Jimmy Lawrence manages all the parts purchasing and has 35 years experience in parts and service. He is married, has two sons and resides in Webster. In his spare time he enjoys boating and motorcycling.

James Spencer, OwnerJames Spencer, Owner/President

James Spencer is a Business Development Consultant for PPG's Collision Services programs. His extensive training experience includes sales, estimating, insurance claims, lean production, administrative management, job costing and more. As an instructor for PPG's Certified First and MVP programs, Spencer has implemented many of the management techniques and best practices recommended by PPG. When away from his Victor collision and auto repair shop for consulting work, James Spencer is 100% confident that his quality management practices are well enforced by his management team with customer service as its' number one priority.

His primary goal has always been to "Create a world class auto facility that is constantly improving". James takes great pride in the quality of his staff and variety of services. His Victor shop not only offers collision services, but can handle all mechanical and maintenance needs for his customers.
